But normally we replied email after your tracking ID issued four business days later because:
1. so many emails are just asking for tracking ID which we have given him/her already or will give him/her soon.
2. sometimes the USPS does not update their records in time.
Please check your junk/spam email folder before contact us for tracking ID.
We will solve real questions after four business days.
We do not work at weekend.
If we have done something wrong, please take a picture of the medicines, order ID , and USPS tracking ID of the package ( From USPS ), we will solve your questions for sure.
