i have placed two orders one last week and one yesterday and still haven’t heard anything about either order can someone help me please
1. You ordered in new customer websites and it is slower to be processed.
2. We do not work in holiday and weekend.
3. You ordered twice and we can only send you one package and it made the process longer.
If you want to be faster, please order in returned customer only website and you can get the tracking ID next business day.

The best way is to contact by email. It happened normally if it is in blacklist of that pharm. You can try to order in another pharm. I do not have BL.

Hello, I ordered and received tracking ID but not sent out over a week. I sent two emails but not had a response. Could I pay extra to have it sent from a non-weather affected pharm?
I can not find your order ID by Your name. All orders were sent. Just check your USPS tracking ID.
Order number 655916 was placed July 10th. Order confirmation with tracking number was received the same day. To date, July 16th, tracking information shows USPS has not received the order for shipping. Any information regarding the order would be appreciated.

Hello. I received my tracking information a few days ago and my Fioricet is being sent from California. In 3-4 days nothing has shipped yet. Is the pharmacy in California just behind or is the usps website? I know sometimes they don’t scan. It’s rare but it’s happened a couple times to me. I didn’t know if you were aware of anything. Steve, I sent a note a few days ago regarding a mislabeled package. I picked up a package on Monday. As I was exiting the post office, the mail clerk showed me another package which had two labels on it. One with my name on it and one with another person’s name and address on it. The clerk said she could not release the package because it had two different names and addresses. I’m reporting this so neither name will be black listed since the package would no release it.
I have already submitted your feedback to the delivery guy. No one blacklisted because of this.

Hi – my order ID is 490xxx and tracking has not been updated since July 27th. Is that normal??? According to the website, it appears that shipping should not take so long. It just says “moving through network” and that it’s late but still expected. I believe it is an issue with USPS as it does say the item was received, but I don’t want to be blacklisted for something that is not my fault.

Hi Steve – I received an order update/tracking info on August 21st for order 354166 and the shipping still has not moved at all. It says Pre-Label has been creating & they are awaiting delivery of the item, which means the package was yet to be dropped off with usps. What do I do?

I’ve been buying the 800 gabapentin for quite some time now. I tried to order the 600s to try something different but I keep getting the 800s. The last few times I’ve gotten my script I’ve counted them and every time I’m short 10 tablets or less. It’s not really that big of a deal I just wanted to put it out there

I placed an order on 8/23/24 and received the wrong medication. I submitted pictures as proof. I asked for the correct medication to be shipped to me and I would return the wrong medication. I had to send 4 emails and a comment before receiving any response finally on 9/4/24 I was told the pharmacy would ship me the correct medication free of charge. I have never received the replacement medication. I’ve sent 4 more emails regarding this asking for either replacement or refund and have not received any response. It’s been over a month and I paid $195 for a medication I can’t use. This was YOUR mistake. Please send me a refund ASAP!
