    i have placed two orders one last week and one yesterday and still haven’t heard anything about either order can someone help me please

      1. You ordered in new customer websites and it is slower to be processed.
      2. We do not work in holiday and weekend.
      3. You ordered twice and we can only send you one package and it made the process longer.

      If you want to be faster, please order in returned customer only website and you can get the tracking ID next business day.

      You ordered in W5 website today and I think you can get your tracking ID tomorrow.The new customer websites have a lot of orders now and it needs time to be verified.

    I placed an order one week ago and have heard nothing at all. Please help! I have taken it before so see no reason to be denied.

      The best way is to contact by email. It happened normally if it is in blacklist of that pharm. You can try to order in another pharm. I do not have BL.

        My friend also ordered two weeks ago with no response. I shared the email address with them & there was no response.

        I have been using Fioricet from one of your pharmacies, but the last time the package was cancelled and sent back. I have always been a good customer, and i wonder if there was a mistake. Please respond…t have always been a good customer.

    Hi, I ordered gab 400 on July 7th. I recieved e mail from you on evening of 8th(Monday) with TN as usual. It is now Friday, with only info. recieved. Not shipped yet. Are other warehouses aware and able to fulfill orders that were not affected by the storm? Any updates would be appreciated.

    Hello, I ordered and received tracking ID but not sent out over a week. I sent two emails but not had a response. Could I pay extra to have it sent from a non-weather affected pharm?

    Order number 655916 was placed July 10th. Order confirmation with tracking number was received the same day. To date, July 16th, tracking information shows USPS has not received the order for shipping. Any information regarding the order would be appreciated.

    Steve, I sent a note a few days ago regarding a mislabeled package. I picked up a package on Monday. As I was exiting the post office, the mail clerk showed me another package which had two labels on it. One with my name on it and one with another person’s name and address on it. The clerk said she could not release the package because it had two different names and addresses. I’m reporting this so neither name will be black listed since the package would no release it.

        I am a regular good customer, and the last package I did not get. The package was cancelled to be delivered to the post office. Was this a mistake, I never had this happen before and i am a steady customer. Please let me know if this was an error. Thank you

    Hi – my order ID is 490xxx and tracking has not been updated since July 27th. Is that normal??? According to the website, it appears that shipping should not take so long. It just says “moving through network” and that it’s late but still expected. I believe it is an issue with USPS as it does say the item was received, but I don’t want to be blacklisted for something that is not my fault.

    What do I do?

    Hi Steve – I received an order update/tracking info on August 21st for order 354166 and the shipping still has not moved at all. It says Pre-Label has been creating & they are awaiting delivery of the item, which means the package was yet to be dropped off with usps. What do I do?

    I’ve been buying the 800 gabapentin for quite some time now. I tried to order the 600s to try something different but I keep getting the 800s. The last few times I’ve gotten my script I’ve counted them and every time I’m short 10 tablets or less. It’s not really that big of a deal I just wanted to put it out there

    I placed an order on 8/23/24 and received the wrong medication. I submitted pictures as proof. I asked for the correct medication to be shipped to me and I would return the wrong medication. I had to send 4 emails and a comment before receiving any response finally on 9/4/24 I was told the pharmacy would ship me the correct medication free of charge. I have never received the replacement medication. I’ve sent 4 more emails regarding this asking for either replacement or refund and have not received any response. It’s been over a month and I paid $195 for a medication I can’t use. This was YOUR mistake. Please send me a refund ASAP!

      We got your refill request and sent them to the warehouse already. If you can not receive the order ID and Tracking ID information, it means that the warehouse has blacklisted you.

      The blacklist is beyond our control. If you have given the postman a check, they will blacklist you. Please never give the postman a single check.

      If you have received the order ID and tracking ID, it is OK and you are safe to refill in the future.

    I received my order ID and my tracking. Usps is telling me it’s moving through the system but it has been delayed. No movement since the 8th of this month.It has been 15 days since
    I placed the order, can it possibly have gotten lost in the mail? Should I just reorder? My tracking number is 9403*****

        Hey Steve mine has done the same thing. My package has not moved since the 6th. The last thing said was it departed Trenton New Jersey arriving late. I forwarded an email from usps stating they can not find the package and to notify the sender to resend the package. If they mis placed it I definitely don’t want to be held accountable for not picking it up. My order ID 86906 and tracking ******0. Can this be resent please?

          It is beyond our control, the best way is to contact your local USPS office. If they can not make it work smoothly, you need place a new refill.

            We will reply you as soon as we get it. Our programs will send every single refill order ID and tracking ID within two business days after the label is created.

    It has been over 2 days since I placed the new order. I was afraid that it would seem like I didn’t pick up my last package sent out on the 1st even though it was lost by USPS. Regardless can this be fixed? USPS can not locate the package. I have inquired 2 times.

    Hi Steve, do you have any of the blue generic fioricet and at what location? I usually order through W5. The blue seem to work so much better when I take one. When I reorder I have only received the white ones.
