      We got your refill request and sent them to the warehouse already. If you can not receive the order ID and Tracking ID information, it means that the warehouse has blacklisted you.

      The blacklist is beyond our control. If you have given the postman a check, they will blacklist you. Please never give the postman a single check.

      If you have received the order ID and tracking ID, it is OK and you are safe to refill in the future.

    Hi Steve! Just making sure my new address which is a new build home went through okay? We just got it up and going. Also when will the tracking # be available?

    I received my order ID and my tracking. Usps is telling me it’s moving through the system but it has been delayed. No movement since the 8th of this month.It has been 15 days since
    I placed the order, can it possibly have gotten lost in the mail? Should I just reorder? My tracking number is 9403*****

        Hey Steve mine has done the same thing. My package has not moved since the 6th. The last thing said was it departed Trenton New Jersey arriving late. I forwarded an email from usps stating they can not find the package and to notify the sender to resend the package. If they mis placed it I definitely don’t want to be held accountable for not picking it up. My order ID 86906 and tracking ******0. Can this be resent please?

          It is beyond our control, the best way is to contact your local USPS office. If they can not make it work smoothly, you need place a new refill.

            We will reply you as soon as we get it. Our programs will send every single refill order ID and tracking ID within two business days after the label is created.

    It has been over 2 days since I placed the new order. I was afraid that it would seem like I didn’t pick up my last package sent out on the 1st even though it was lost by USPS. Regardless can this be fixed? USPS can not locate the package. I have inquired 2 times.

        Please go back to UPS vs USPS where you never get return calls and half the time they don’t know what’s on the truck plus informed delivery we works when and if it wants to. I get a hormone and had to ask the carrier if I could try and find it. I did but worried money was stolen and blacklisted but wasn’t with that company. New hires, lousy PM generals, Even if you go to a distribution center they refuse to look for the item and I’m talking a post office that’s connected where all they need to do is go to the back room, there was a woman in tears because she didn’t get her blood pressure medicine and New system is quite concerning. I spoke with someone who’s been there a long time, who said I didn’t want to know how much theft and other issues happen. All you have to do is read reddit

        It seems the employees are more upset about being called out about using personal cell phones and I’ve personally witnessed in my apartment complex mail carriers parking at one end and leaving all of the windows down in the truck with bins stacked at the window while they go through a huge portion of the complex, truck unattended and anybody could just reach in and steal anything. Please go back to UPS.

    Hi Steve, do you have any of the blue generic fioricet and at what location? I usually order through W5. The blue seem to work so much better when I take one. When I reorder I have only received the white ones.

      I do find your Fio order. But W5 did not place it.

      I do not know the reasons. The Most possible reasons is that you have paid them a check before.

      But I will resubmit it today to have another try.

    I placed two orders since December 2024 I have not heard anything back. This is strange I have been a customer for over 15 years. I ordered Firocet I did it twice being I didn’t receive my tracking number.

    I placed an order on Monday and still have heard nothing about my order. I have sent emails with no response. I have been a regular customer with zero issues. Please advise how to handle this.

      please contact our email to find the reasons. Normally the warehouses have received a check from you before. We never cash check.

    I have ordered from you many time through the years and never had a problem with having to wait on my package to ship until I ordered on Monday January 20 2025 and only label has been printed not understanding why this should be!!!

      1. The FL, NJ Pharms are slower.
      2. USPS needs time to update their records.

      Please contact us by email five business days later if your package is not moving after the label created.

    Steve, I received my tracking number a week ago and USPS says they haven’t received the package for shipment. I checked the tracking number this morning and USPS said the tracking number is not valid. Should I reorder? Please advise.
