EVERY ORDER is short 1 to 3 pills but 2 pills short is the usual amount. Why is this happening and how does it get stopped? I can’t remember when the last time was that I received a complete order that has all the pills in it, my wife has the same thing happening to every one of her orders as well. If this is happening to us on a regular basis then someone at the pharmacy has a side business from selling off the stolen medication from everyone’s order as they would have no overhead costs because they are stealing from everyone’s order as order they process. I order once a month and get shorted 2 pills every order and 2X12 is 24 pills just from me add in my wife and now they’ve taken 48 pills now multiply that for every 100 orders they’ve processed that’s now 4800 pills they’ve taken for themselves to run their side business. I want my orders sent to me as complete with no pills missing this has been happening for years and it needs to be addressed. I have written complaints before and have NEVER received a response and I would like one this time. I certain that there must be laws in place in every state for this type of problem and I’m sure that you don’t want Massachusetts to be added to your can’t sell to list all because nobody wants to take care of whoever is doing this.
